Our Process for Serving the IRS

Step 1 — Intake. We collect the court or agency, document type, case number, deadline, taxpayer or party information, and any existing service instructions.

Step 2 — Recipient map. We separate the IRS, Treasury, United States Attorney, Attorney General, individual officer, or other recipient tracks that may apply to the assignment.

Step 3 — Packet preparation. We organize a complete copy set for each recipient and identify the delivery method supplied by the client, rule, order, or procedural instruction.

Step 4 — Routing and tracking. Each packet is routed independently and its mailing, delivery, or personal-service information is tracked separately.

Step 5 — Proof record. We assemble available receipts, tracking, declarations, returned mail, signatures, and other service evidence.

Step 6 — Filing support. If requested, we organize the proof package for filing or retention in the matter record.

The process is designed to keep multi-recipient federal service from collapsing into a single undifferentiated mailing task.
