Filing & Proof of Service

Completed service is only part of the workflow. The service event must also be documented in a form that can be retained and, when required, filed with the court or agency.

TOFG coordinates proof-of-service records, server declarations or affidavits where applicable, mailing evidence, delivery confirmations, attempt logs, and related filing documents.

The service record is reviewed for basic completeness against the assignment information so mismatched names, case numbers, dates, or recipient information can be identified before filing.

Where e-filing or physical filing support is requested, TOFG can organize the final packet and track submission status as a separate administrative service.

Clients should retain the underlying delivery evidence even after a proof is filed because later challenges may require the original service record.

This service pairs naturally with national service, subpoena service, federal service, and litigation-support assignments.
