Subpoena Service

1 min read

Subpoenas often involve short compliance periods, witness fees, location issues, and strict proof requirements. TOFG coordinates subpoena delivery with those practical details in mind.

Assignments may involve trial subpoenas, deposition subpoenas, document subpoenas, records-custodian subpoenas, administrative subpoenas, and other compulsory-process documents.

Clients should provide the subpoena, attachments, recipient name, known address, compliance date, court or agency information, and any required witness fee or mileage instructions.

If the recipient cannot be located at the supplied address, skip-trace or address-verification support can be added before additional attempts are authorized.

After service, available proof information is organized for the client, including attempt history where applicable.

Rush handling is available for time-sensitive assignments where local coverage permits.
