Rush & Priority Process Service

When timing matters, TOFG can prioritize assignment intake, coverage selection, first-attempt routing, and status updates.

Rush service is appropriate for approaching hearings, emergency motions, expiring service periods, restraining-order matters, subpoenas, and other assignments where ordinary routing may be too slow.

Availability depends on the location, time of day, recipient information, travel required, server availability, and applicable service rules.

For rush work, provide the documents in final form, the exact deadline, recipient details, best-known address, special access information, and any known schedule or workplace information at intake.

TOFG distinguishes between expedited handling and guaranteed completion. No service provider can guarantee that a particular person will be found or successfully served within a fixed period.

Status information is returned as quickly as practical so the client can decide whether additional attempts, alternate locations, or another procedural option should be considered.
