Our Process: Intake to Proof of Service

Step 1 — Intake. TOFG receives the documents, recipient information, case details, deadline, service instructions, and contact information for status updates.

Step 2 — Review. The packet is checked for obvious missing logistical information such as an incomplete address, missing attachments, unclear recipient name, or absent deadline.

Step 3 — Routing. The assignment is placed with appropriate coverage based on jurisdiction, distance, urgency, document type, and any special service requirements supplied by the client.

Step 4 — Attempts and status. Attempts or delivery activity are tracked and status information is returned according to the assignment and urgency level.

Step 5 — Completion or escalation. Successful service is closed with available proof documentation. Unsuccessful service is returned with available attempt information so the client can decide whether to authorize more attempts, provide a new address, or pursue another option.

Step 6 — Record. TOFG organizes the final service record and, if separately requested, assists with filing or related litigation-support tasks.
