How long does service take? Timing depends on location, urgency, recipient availability, address quality, and the number of attempts authorized. Rush handling can shorten routing time but cannot guarantee that a recipient will be found.

What documents can be served? Common assignments include summonses, complaints, subpoenas, petitions, notices, motions, orders, administrative papers, and other documents requiring delivery.

What if the person moved? TOFG can add skip-trace or address-verification support and can coordinate attempts at a new authorized location.

What proof do I receive? The available record depends on the method used and may include a server affidavit or declaration, mailing receipt, tracking, delivery confirmation, attempt history, or other documentation.

Can TOFG serve the federal government or IRS? Yes, TOFG coordinates federal and IRS-related service logistics, including assignments with multiple required recipients.

Can TOFG serve internationally? Yes. International assignments are reviewed for destination-country requirements, Hague Convention issues, translation needs, and available service pathways.
