Pro Se Process Service

Self-represented litigants frequently understand what they need filed but are less familiar with the mechanics of getting another party properly served.

TOFG provides plain-language administrative support to organize the service packet, identify the intended recipient and known location, coordinate delivery, and return the available service record.

Clients should provide the filed or file-ready documents, case caption, case number, court, recipient name, address, and any deadline or service instructions provided by the court.

Where the address is uncertain, skip-trace or address-verification support can be added. Where the assignment is urgent, rush handling can be requested.

TOFG can also help organize proof-of-service records for filing and explain the difference between the logistical service task and legal decisions the litigant may need to make.

This service is administrative and educational support for pro se litigants and is not attorney representation.
