International Process Service
International service can involve significantly different rules from domestic service. TOFG coordinates the administrative, document-handling, translation, routing, and status-tracking work needed to move an international service assignment forward.
Assignments may involve Hague Service Convention countries, non-Hague jurisdictions, foreign government channels, local agents, diplomatic or consular procedures, or other country-specific service pathways.
Before routing an assignment, TOFG can organize the documents, destination information, known deadlines, recipient details, and any available court instructions so the service pathway can be matched to the matter.
Where translation, apostille, certification, legalization, or central-authority forms are required, those tasks can be identified and coordinated as part of the service workflow.
International service often takes longer than domestic service. Clients should provide the earliest possible notice of hearings, response deadlines, limitations periods, and any court-imposed service date.
The goal is a documented chain from intake through delivery attempt, completion, or returned status so the client can determine the next procedural step.
